Elma Raahat,CEO

Elma began her career at 18 within PwC's Financial Services consulting, where she saw first-hand the gender gap across industries such as finance. As a former apprentice, she experienced the talent pipeline gap early and recognised how it compounds at leadership level—shaping her conviction to solve it at the root. Since then, she has been headhunted by noteable firms including Accenture and BT, as well as AI startup Lawhive, for her ability to solve problems, streamline operations, and identify growth opportunities. Alongside this, she has led early careers initiatives at PwC and delivered engaging student networking events at University College London and Imperial College London, giving her direct insight and experience into attracting, assessing, and converting high-potential early talent.

Hannah is Co-founder and COO of She Partners. She left university to pursue a Level 7 Tax apprenticeship at BDO, recognising early the value of alternative career pathways. Prior to this, she worked with TV Star Avi Sharma as seen on BBC's The Apprentice, building out his sales function while growing her own TikTok to 2.5k+ followers and over 100k views. She later led growth for She Partners’ TikTok, reaching 1k followers and 80k+ views in four weeks, giving her strong insight into how to attract, engage, and convert early talent through social-first channels.
